What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to create your account and show your name on picks and claims.
When you enter a battle we store your company name, website, slot number, and payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
When you back a SaaS we record a one way hash of your email address, never the email itself, so the SaaS can confirm your signup without us sharing your address.
We keep clicks, claim events, and timestamps so the leaderboard stays honest and audits are possible.
How we use it
To run battles: rankings, verified user counts, perk vault claims, predictions, and results.
To keep the game fair: fraud checks, duplicate detection, and strike decisions.
To email you about battles you joined or asked to be notified about. You can opt out of these at any time.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information.
We never store your password. Sign in happens through Google only.
We never share your email address with competing SaaS. They receive a hash they can match against their own signups.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our servers. We receive only a confirmation that your payment succeeded.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by writing to support@saasbattle.online. Battle results and anonymized hashes stay on the public record because they are part of the permanent history of each battle.
