Refund policy

Simple and honest. Entry prices are low and battles are live events, so the rules are strict but fair.

You get a refund when

  • A battle is cancelled before it starts.
  • You were charged but never received a slot.
  • You were charged twice for the same slot.

No refund when

  • The battle ran and your SaaS simply did not win.
  • You are removed for breaking the fair play rules.
  • Your tracking or perk codes were not ready before the board opened.
  • You changed your mind after the battle started.

How to ask

  • Email support@saasbattle.online from the address linked to your Google account.
  • Include the battle number and your company name.
  • We answer within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.
